Convex tungsten carbide files
For working on flat and convex surfaces
Use flat, rectangular tungsten carbide files, convex in transverse and longitudinal direction, cut on one side.
Special features:
- High surface quality.
- The best results thanks to radial and convex cut pattern.
With chip breakers
PFERD TOOLS offers tungsten carbide files with and without chip breakers depending on the required result and the material you will be working on.
Tungsten carbide files with chip breakers are convex in the transverse direction and cut on two sides. One side has chip breakers. The version with chip breakers enables high stock removal .
Round tungsten carbide files
For working on concave shapes and for reworking internal radii
Use round tungsten carbide files with a circumferential cut.
Special features:
- The unique tooth geometry ensures optimum results.
- For 360º use: Mounting in the HMFH 51 R file holder enables the files to be moved about their own axis in 60º increments.
Holder for tungsten carbide files
For optimum file control, optimum filing results and simple tool changes we recommend that tungsten carbide files are used on the specially developed, reusable and ergonomically shaped file holders with ergonomic file handle.
