The POLIFLAP® system is ideal for blending and restoring surface textures, fine grinding of radii, contours, curved areas, and large surfaces.

Abrasive flaps designed for POLIFLAP® grinding wheels, used to create a range of visual effects from coarse to very fine.

Workpiece materials: Aluminum; Annealed cast iron; Brass; Cast steel; Copper; Grey/nodular cast iron (GG/GJL, GGG/GJS); Hardened, heat-treated steels over 370 HV (38 HRC); Steel materials with a hardness > 54 HRC; Steels up to 370 HV (< 38 HRC)
