Description

POLISTAR-TUBE products are made of multi-layered cross buffs that are riveted together. They are designed for working on the inner surfaces of pipes and pipe bends.

Use cross buffs with the suitable flexible shafts 4 PST-T DIN 10/M4 (EDP 94264).

Special features

Conforms to contours due to high flexibility.
Stainless steel rivets prevent contamination of stainless steel (INOX) workpieces.
Achieves very fine surface quality grades of up to 8 μin (0.2 μm).

Recommendations for use

For the best performance, use with a recommended peripheral speed of 3,000-4,000 SFPM.
Select the POLISTAR diameter based on the respective pipe's inner diameter: Dia. 2" for inner pipe dia. 1-3/8" - 1-5/8"
